Fixing the Unfixable: Motorizing a Lancer's HVAC Blend Door

SolidWorks | 3D Printing (FDM) | Soldering | DRV8833 Motor Driver | Closed-Loop Servo Control

Reverse-engineered a 2003 Lancer's HVAC actuator after its knob kept snapping from a stiffened linkage. 3D-printed a servo bracket and coupler to bypass it, then motorized the knob to track the blend door's position.
